Our local community is important to us, and we have a responsibility to assist wherever we can.
We work closely with local charities, such as Nightingale House Hospice. We provide support through various fundraising activities such as our staff Christmas raffle, Snowdon walk, a midnight walk and a sponsored zip world challenge.
Our staff donate to The British Heart Foundation through their recycling boxes. We’ve raised £4000 and counting!
We are committed to providing opportunities to young people and adults across the country.
We participate in activities at local schools, and invite pupils to our facility to learn about recycling and protecting the environment.
As a long-standing supporter of Wrexham Football Club, we provide employees with the opportunity to attend home games and support our local club as well as creating team building opportunities with staff who wouldn’t normally work together.
During the COVID-19 crisis, we used our expert knowledge and specialist facilities to manufacture and donate protective face visors to support and protect NHS workers, our local community and businesses across the UK.
The visors, which are CE marked (category 1) are reusable and therefore more environmentally friendly. In fact, the frame is moulded from recycled toner cartridge material.
As part of the Business in the Community network, we are connected with responsible businesses across the UK to share insight and expertise.
