At Brother Industries UK, we have our very own in-house and trade moulding division. Formed in 1990 to deliver a precision injection moulding and assembly service to a blue-chip client base.
The Moulding Division of Brother Industries (U.K.) Ltd was formed over 30 years ago to offer a precision plastic injection moulding and assembly service to a wide range of markets such as Electronics, Medical, Agricultural, Working at Height and Construction industries.
We can provide a total manufacturing solution from concept design to finished product and offer both low and high volume manufacturing services. As specialists in the moulding of technical components we also possess extensive experience in assembly processes including cell assembly and automation techniques.
Our philosophy of continuous improvement and investment enables us to offer our clients the very best value, indeed we strive to provide an exceptional service to both meet and exceed our customer’s requirements.
In more recent years, our moulding facility has provided us with the opportunity to further diversify our environmental activities, as we work towards a fully circular approach. Through extensive testing and evaluation both onsite and with local universities we are able to convert post consumer plastic waste material and mould into new selected Brother items.
Our micro processor-controlled injection moulding machines range from 25 tonne to 550 tonne. They are fitted with fully automatic robots to help ensure process consistency and maximise efficiency.
This combined with lean manufacturing techniques used by our team of skilled technicians and engineers means we can increase productivity, reduce cost and ensure we develop the most cost-effective solution and process for our customers.
We offer a variety of additional services, including assembly, project management, 3D printing and laser marking.
